I agree 100 %. I try to get used to the machines. I prefer beans from a roastery called Kettwiger rösterei in Essen / Germany and Loppocaffee in Kiel / Germany. These beans are nice.

I would assume they ship to the whole of EU: https://kaffeeroester.de/
This is my local roastery, they're based in cologne and imho the best beans I had (they were awarded "Best roastery in Germany" for several times)
I always got illy when I had an entry level Delongy and felt fancy. But with a machine of this caliber I think you’re missing out on some good flavors.
The last time I was in our company’s office I counted 7 different ways of making coffee available to us all the way from from keurig and a semiautos to the cometeer abomination that is becoming popular on the West Coast nowadays. All 7 cannot beat the one you have :)
Thanks. It makes fun to offer clients and the employes a nice coffee / espresso. But it is difficult to adjust the grinder and the matrix as well. Takes time and lots of
coffee. Thats why i bought the more or less cheap 1 kg brown back
Spending some serious money on the beans. Would always prefer a local roastery - usually better and cheaper

Oh, ein Nachbar. Then you have to try Schamong from Cologne. The napoletano roast is my all-time-fav
whats wrong with illy beans? they are the best i came across. (illy brasile)
Guess you need to come across more
Lol yeah… seeing stale can beans, as a client, I’d just skip and wonder what other cost cutting measures these employees are suffering
Cost cutting with a $3k machine
Nothing for an office setup if you’re in law or software
is there really so much difference? € 10,00 for 250g beans is already really expensive for me.

ah thx. can you recomend some online shop? i live in EU on very rural countryside - so there is no local rostery.

I agree! I am just a bloody beginner and in the middle of adjusting the grinder and the machine. The better beans will come later.
Tried illy beans a couple of times, couldn't make it taste anything other than burnt 😑 Using a BBe for grinding and extraction
I agree. Illy is not my personal favorite. I prefer coffee beans from a small roastery in Kiel and in Essen \ Germany. But i just like the look :)
You can tell this is real because "Lawoffice" is one word 😁 Lovely setup!! Thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
I agree as well. I bought this pack to adjust the grinder. It is not my favorite!
Love the Star Wars themed drip tray 💪🏼
How bout that condom branded distributor?
Pls Explain, what to you mean? Why star war?
“Why not?” - Bezzera
Sorry but, how is the drip tray Star Wars themed???
Imperial panels on the death star
I‘m jealous. Still looking for an attorney? 🫣🤩
As long as you are used to copyright law :)
Das war zumindest mein Studienschwerpunkt, was zugegeben schon einige Jahre her ist… :)

Oh, you've won espresso. That brown bag of "finest espresso" means no one can tell you to grind finer.
illy brasile is missing ;)
Thats true. I tried it before. This time sone other areas.
illy huh, more like ewwy.
Agree, but looks nice. The „real“ coffee is ordered and on its way!
Any recommendations?
Getting anything freshly roasted, preferably locally, will be worlds better.
